Because the ability to interact effectively is an essential management skill, and so many of today's core executive successes lie in the proactive calculation of risk, the London Shakespeare Workout (LSW) Prison Project through the 'Willing Dreams' incentive offers a training package specifically designed to offer leading business associates an opportunity to discover for themselves how to communicate effectively within the unique microcosm of a diverse environment.  Immediately interfacing with serving inmates, ex-offenders, prison officers and professional performers over the course of a three hour session, the wholly interactive exercises within the secure confines of The Dream Factory at HMP Brixton offers participants the opportunity to test and develop skills in a challenging environment, including :-

• Interacting & presenting in public with confidence
• Disguising nerves through inspiration
• Coping with misconceptions and prejudice
• Building teams across very different and diverse groups
• Picking up subtle unsaid messages
• Communicating with customers, staff & colleagues at all levels
• Enhancing fluency
• Refreshing command of language
• Improving self esteem & environmental awareness

This programme is key for business leaders who:

• Need to communicate effectively with an audience
• Need to understand very different groups of people
• Need to understand people and what motivates them rapidly
• Interact with clients/colleagues/employees in difficult situations (complaint handling, dispute resolution, managing poor performance, etc.)
• Present company concepts to prospective clients
